· Reservations: Reservations can be made through the website or by calling the agency. Guests must provide their full name as it appears on their government ID. Changes to names or important information may incur change fees.
· Payments: iTravel Global Too, Inc. accepts debit and credit cards, phone payments, PayPal, Zelle, checks, money orders, and cash apps for deposits and last-minute bookings.
· Refunds: Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. However, iTravel Global Too, Inc. reserves the right to return a deposit and cancel a contract if the client is aggressive, constantly complains, or threatens legal action against the agency or its owner.
· Passport and Visas: Passengers are responsible for ensuring they have the proper travel documents and should check with the respective consulate or visa agency for requirements. Passports must be valid for at least 6 months after the travel date.
· Travel Protection: iTravel Global Too, Inc. recommends travel insurance to protect against trip cancellation, interruption, baggage loss, medical expenses, and more. Some countries may require travel insurance for entry.
· Travel Documents: Once full payment is received, travel documents and instructions will be sent via email or mail, usually 30 days before travel.
· Cancellation and Changes: Cancellations must be made in writing. Changes to reservations may incur a fee. Any additional costs for changes or additions during the trip are the passenger's responsibility.
· Travelers with Disabilities: Passengers with disabilities should notify iTravel Global Too, Inc. before booking to ensure suitable accommodations can be arranged. Some tour features may not be accessible for wheelchair users or those with mobility devices.
· Service Animals: Service animals are not accommodated on international escorted tours, but passengers on USA escorted tours should contact iTravel Global Too, Inc. for further information.
· ITravel Global Too, Inc. is not responsible for the services and policies imposed by the airlines. This includes schedule changes, flight cancellations, and penalties incurred for tickets not issued by ITravel Global Too, Inc.
· Airline reservations completed online may be subject to review by ITravel Global Too, Inc. They may rebook flights to match minimum connecting time requirements or tour package itineraries, and passengers will be notified if such changes occur.
· Airlines have the right to demand immediate issuance of tickets for heavily booked flights, even if normal ticketing rules allow for tickets to be issued at a later date. In such cases, immediate and full payment of the airfare may be required.
· Once full payment is received, airline tickets issued by ITravel Global Too, Inc. are fully non-refundable. Changes to airline tickets, including name corrections, may incur rebooking fees imposed by the airline.
· Airline seat assignments for group flights are determined solely by the airlines. Economy class seats are typically included in ITravel Global Too, Inc. airline contracts. Passengers desiring another class of service may need to purchase their own flights separately.
· Passengers are responsible for contacting their airlines directly regarding mileage eligibility and accrual in frequent flier programs. Eligibility for mileage accrual can vary based on airline rules and fare types.
· Passengers are responsible for adding TSA Precheck or Global Entry to their air reservations. ITravel Global Too, Inc. may attempt to add this information to the passenger's reservation if provided at the time of booking, but passengers should confirm its addition.
· Passengers are required to provide accurate contact information to ITravel Global Too, Inc. to comply with TSA Secure Flight requirements. Inaccurate information could result in denied boarding or failure to receive travel documents.
· Hotel accommodations are typically standard twin-bedded rooms with private facilities, unless a specific bed type is requested. Bed types are subject to availability, and room selection is at the discretion of the hotel's management.
· Meals provided during the tour are typically based on the hotel's or restaurant's buffet or set menu. Special dietary requests should be submitted in writing at least 4 weeks prior to departure.
· Transfers are provided as indicated in the tour itinerary if airfare is purchased from ITravel Global Too, Inc. Passengers who purchase land-only tours or deviate from the itinerary will need to arrange their own transfers.
· Sightseeing & Itinerary: The itineraries provided by iTravel Global Too, Inc. are typically operated by motor-vehicle. The listed times are approximate and meant as guidelines. Some itineraries may have early morning start times to complete touring during daylight hours or avoid afternoon heat in certain climates. It is important for travelers to arrive on time for scheduled flights, cruises, and package components. Arriving late may result in being considered a "no-show" and not eligible for a refund for unused services. The number of passengers on a tour may vary, but the services provided will remain consistent regardless of the group size.
· Rail: Once full payment is received, iTravel Global Too, Inc. will select train times, and the rail tickets issued are typically nonrefundable. Passengers traveling as part of a group may not request alternative train times. Once issued, rail tickets are valid for the specified dates and times. Changes to rail tickets may be subject to local charges, fees, and fare increases. Once a booked train has departed, changes are no longer possible. Seat assignments on trains are at the discretion of the rail companies and not controlled by iTravel Global Too, Inc.
· Group Harmony: iTravel Global Too, Inc. reserves the right to accept, reject, or expel any individual from a group tour who is deemed disruptive or incompatible with the group's interests. This includes individuals who are intoxicated or under the influence of drugs, leading to a negative experience for the rest of the group. Any expenses, including cancellation fees and costs for alternate travel arrangements, will be the responsibility of the passenger.
· Cruises: Cruise itineraries and ships are subject to change without notice. In some cases, a cruise ship may be chartered or departure dates may be canceled. If such changes occur, iTravel Global Too, Inc. will refund all monies. The company is not responsible for ship substitutions or itinerary changes imposed by the cruise line. Medical services on cruises may be provided by local services, and any resulting charges will be the responsibility of the passenger.
· Health Requirements: Travelers are advised to check with their healthcare provider for up-to-date health requirements. Recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO) should also be considered. Required inoculations should be recorded on a valid vaccination certificate carried by the client. Individuals with certain health conditions or illnesses should not participate in rigorous travel programs. If a passenger becomes ill during the tour, they may be removed from the group and directed to a local medical facility. All costs associated with medical treatment and related expenses will be borne by the passenger.
· Luggage: Airlines typically impose restrictions on checked bags regarding dimensions and weight. Additional charges may apply for checked bags, and iTravel Global Too, Inc. is not responsible for these fees. In the event of lost or damaged luggage, a baggage claim form must be filed with the airline before leaving the airport. For escorted tours, each person is typically allowed one piece of luggage, with additional baggage subject to a handling charge. iTravel Global Too, Inc. is not responsible for loss or damage to luggage and personal belongings, and any incidents should be reported immediately to the local authority for insurance purposes.
· Tipping: iTravel Global Too, Inc. provides tipping guidelines for drivers, including private cars and motor coach drivers, as well as tour guides. These guidelines suggest a range of tipping amounts per person, per day.
· Passenger Agreement: By submitting a deposit or payment, travelers formally accept iTravel Global Too, Inc.'s Terms & Conditions. Any violation of these terms may result in a breach and forfeiture of payments made.
· Release from Liability: iTravel Global Too, Inc. does not own or operate any entities that provide goods or services for your trip. They are not liable for any negligence or failure to act by these entities or any third parties. iTravel Global Too, Inc. is not responsible for any injury, loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by various factors beyond their control.
· Assumption of Risk: By participating in the trip, you acknowledge the risks involved, including the risk of illness, injury, or death caused by various factors such as nature, animals, negligence, or criminal conduct. You accept full responsibility for these risks and release iTravel Global Too, Inc. from claims of third-party negligence.
· Binding Arbitration: Any dispute relating to the agreement, the trip, or related literature will be resolved through binding arbitration. The arbitration will be governed by Tennessee law and take place in Nashville, TN.
· Voluntary Participation: You acknowledge that you have voluntarily applied to participate in the trip and are aware of the hazards involved.
· Knowing and Voluntary Execution: By submitting a deposit, you agree to the terms and conditions, release from liability, assumption of risk, and binding arbitration clause on behalf of yourself, your traveling party, and any accompanying minor children.
· Photographic Release: iTravel Global Too, Inc. may take photographs or videos during the trip and has permission to use them for promotional or commercial purposes without compensation to participants.
· Use of Website: Your use of the iTravel Global Too, Inc. website is subject to the terms, conditions, and notices stated on the website. The website content may contain inaccuracies, and iTravel Global Too, Inc. is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the website or reliance on the information provided.
